Peter Eidenberg speaks to over 200 healthcare executive leaders regarding sexual harassment
Peter Eidenberg recently spoke to over 200 executive leaders from healthcare institutions throughout Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Alaska on the topic of sexual harassment in the healthcare field. Peter was invited to speak on the topic as part of the Physicians Insurance 2018 Health Care Risk Management Summit. The presentation was an interactive discussion about the prevalence of hostile work environment and quid pro quo sexual harassment in the healthcare setting, the fallout and unique litigation challenges to these claims, and an in-depth look at ways to better minimize the risk of sexual harassment becoming a problem in the healthcare setting.
