Bio

Colleen grew up in the Portland area and obtained her law degree from Lewis and Clark Law School. As the daughter of a certified nurse midwife, she learned about the pregnancy and birth process as well as the importance of representing medical providers early in life. She has represented physicians, midwives, nurses, clinics, and hospitals in medical malpractice litigation in Oregon and Washington for over twelve years. She also represents medical professionals before their licensing boards. Before joining Keating Jones Hughes, Colleen was a partner at another Portland medical malpractice defense firm. She has also worked for a small employment law firm, clerked for Multnomah County Circuit Court Judge Henry Kantor and served as a certified law student in the Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office where she obtained early trial experience. When outside the office, Colleen enjoys spending time with her three spirited children, cooking, hiking, and reading.
