Experienced Trial Attorney — Medical Malpractice Defense
Our established and respected medical malpractice defense firm is seeking an experienced trial attorney to join our growing practice. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated litigator looking to build a long-term career with a sophisticated defense firm and pursue a path toward partnership and firm leadership. We represent physicians, dentists, hospitals, healthcare systems, and medical professionals in complex, high-exposure litigation. The ideal candidate is a confident courtroom advocate, with tested experience, strategic thinker, and relationship-builder who thrives in a collaborative, high-performance environment.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of litigation experience, preferably in medical malpractice, professional liability, healthcare litigation, or complex civil defense
- Meaningful trial experience, including first-chair or significant second-chair responsibilities
- Strong deposition, motion practice, and case management skills
- Excellent legal writing and analytical abilities
- Ability to independently manage a sophisticated caseload
- Portable business is welcomed but not required
- Admission to practice in Oregon, Washington a plus.
