Hillary Taylor Argues at the Ninth Circuit, Wins Appeal
KJH Shareholder Hillary Taylor recently successfully argued to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals as it returned to in-person oral argument. Ms. Taylor argued the court should affirm the district court’s grant of summary judgment to defendants in a third-party medical malpractice case brought by a police officer who was injured in the line of duty by a former patient.
