Defense Verdict in Bench Trial
Attorney Carolyn Pearson obtained a defense verdict in a one day bench trial on behalf of one of the leading health systems in the Pacific Northwest. The case was tried in Washington County, Oregon in October 2026. The plaintiff claimed negligence in physical therapy treatment causing knee and ankle injuries. The judge issued a verdict and judgment from the bench finding completely in Carolyn’s client’s favor.
