Kelly F. Huedepohl


Kelly defends healthcare providers and facilities, non-profit entities, lawyers, and law firms against a wide variety of civil claims. Like the rest of the KJH team, Kelly frequently defends medical malpractice claims. Kelly also defends clients against a variety of other legal claims affecting the organizations she represents, including:
    •   Civil rights claims
    •   Claims arising from contractual issues
    •   Consumer protection claims
    •   Premises liability claims
    •   Employment discrimination claims

Kelly practices at both the trial and appellate levels in Oregon’s state and federal courts.

A native Iowan, Kelly has lived in Portland since 2005. At the Willamette University College of Law, Kelly served as Executive Editor for the Willamette Law Review and received numerous awards and distinctions for her trial and appellate advocacy skills, culminating in the receipt of the prestigious International Academy of Trial Lawyers Student Advocacy Award from the College of Law faculty. Prior to enrolling in law school Kelly worked as a staff and operations manager for small businesses and in the financial services sector administering ERISA-qualified plan benefits.
