Bio


Hunter was born and raised in Arlington, Texas. After graduating from Arlington High in 2013, he attended Southwestern University, just north of Austin. There, he graduated with a B.A. in International Studies, with Honors in Political Science; he minored in Sociology and Mandarin Chinese. Hunter worked for the Texas Legislature as a Health and Human Services Researcher before pursuing his J.D. at the University of Oregon School of Law. During law school, Hunter was the editor-in-chief of the Oregon Law Review, clerked at the Oregon Department of Justice’s Appellate Division, worked as a Legal Research and Writing T.A., and was a member of the Moot Court Arbitration Competition Team.

In his free time, Hunter enjoys reading science fiction and fantasy novels, playing the violin, and going on hikes with his dog, Artemis.
