Tamara obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of California at San Diego, a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Western University of Health Sciences, a Master’s of Public Health degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin and she is currently in her last year of law school at Lewis and Clark Law School.
Tamara served as a U.S. Naval Flight Surgeon and is board certified in Occupational Medicine by the American Board of Preventive Medicine. In addition to clinical practice, and pertinent to our firm’s services, Tamara has a background as the Physician Advisor for Risk Management (a program including medical liability, employee disability and workers’ compensation) for a multi-hospital system in Portland, Oregon. She has also served on a joint medical committee (addressing denial of care and physician membership issues) for a Portland-based managed care organization.
Tamara acts as a law clerk and also assists the attorneys of our firm with medical literature research and acquisition of medical experts.
