
Mari was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico and moved to Oregon in 1970. She spent one year at the University of New Mexico before returning to Oregon to begin training in nursing. She is a graduate of the Good Samaritan Hospital School of Nursing.
Mari has a variety of nursing experience, including providing patient care in the areas of long term nursing, medical/surgical, orthopedics, neurology/neurosurgery, and rehabilitation nursing at the Rehabilitation Institute of Oregon. Since 1987 she has been utilizing her nursing experience to assist in the defense of physicians, hospitals, and nurses in medical malpractice cases.
Patty was born in San Fernando, California, and raised in Medford, Oregon. She attended Southern Oregon University.
Patty worked for many years in the workers’ compensation field both in the insurance industry and as a paralegal involved with litigation preparation.
She specializes in analyzing medical records in the defense of doctors and hospitals in the medical malpractice field and has worked at Keating Jones Hughes since March 2002.
Alice was born in New York and was raised in New York and Florida. In 1984 she received her Associate of Science in Nursing from Palm Beach Community College in Lake Worth, Florida. In 1986 she moved to Oregon. She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at University of Portland in 1994.
Alice was an employee at Legacy Emanuel Hospital from 1986 until 2004, first as a Medical Surgical float nurse, then at the Oregon Burn Center.
She joined the staff at Keating Jones Hughes in May of 2004.
Linda was born and raised in upstate New York. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Washington University in 1978 and her paralegal certificate from Anne Arundel Community College in Maryland in1990.
Linda worked in the state court systems in Maryland and Oregon from 1987 to 2001 and has worked in Portland for two private law firms specializing in medical malpractice defense since then. She has worked at Keating Jones Hughes since July 2007.

Darla was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. While she spent some time in Florida following graduation from high school, she returned to Portland in the early 1990s and has been in Portland since. In 1994, Darla graduated from Pioneer Pacific College with an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies. In 2008, she graduated from Warner Pacific College with a B.S. in Business Administration.
Darla has worked in the Portland legal community since 1994. She started as a defense legal secretary for an insurance defense firm and then moved into the position of litigation paralegal which she has done since 1997.
