Senior trial counsel Bob Keating and Steve Jones have successfully tried hundreds of medical cases in their careers. Both are Fellows of the American College of Trial Lawyers and Members of the American Board of Trial Advocates. In addition to her trial work, Lindsey Hughes is a highly regarded Oregon appellate lawyer. Scott O’Donnell is an accomplished litigator and defends physicians and hospitals all around the state.

Molly Marcum and Karen Wiggins are of counsel. Molly has been with us for more than twenty years, and Karen for nearly as many. Molly represents physicians and nurses in licensing matters and hospitals in credentialing matters, and she assists in the defense of complex cases. Karen has years of experience in preparing cases for trial.

Our accomplished associate lawyers are a valuable part of our team, assisting in all aspects of the defense, from assignment through final resolution. Several have worked for respected trial and appellate judges.
