Peter is a native of the Portland area, growing up in the rural community of Boring, Oregon. In 2003 he received his B.S. in Political Science from Texas Christian University and returned to Portland to work for Legacy Health System in various capacities, including an internship with Legacy’s in-house counsel.
He received his law degree from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2007, where he was a member of the Gonzaga Law Review, founder of the Gonzaga Health Law Society, and active in the Student Bar Association.
