Kevin was born in Kansas City, Missouri. He attended the University of Missouri and earned his J.D. from the Creighton University School of Law, where he was a member of the Creighton Law Review. He practiced at a large civil defense firm in Missouri before moving to Portland and joining Keating Jones Hughes in 2006.

Kevin’s professional liability practice focuses on the defense of hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare providers. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Oregon State Bar Association, the Multnomah County Bar Association, and the Oregon Association of Defense Counsel.
